Sheltered Oaks Group Inc. offers its members the opportunity to accumulate credits through various means, such as referrals and purchases made as a Hunt Club member. We are constantly working to create new ways for members to earn credits. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, and when checking out, members can choose to use their available credits as a form of payment. Any unused credits will remain in their account, and partial amounts cannot be used.

Contacts & Information Imported via Sharing:

If members import or share contact information with others, MoYoBo may store this information and use it to allow the recipient to view and accept their gift, or access the information they requested.

Returns and Exchanges:

If members are not satisfied with their MoYoBo purchase, they can return it for a refund. Return shipping is free, and members can print a prepaid shipping label from their account page in the Returns section. The item must be in unworn condition and returned within 30 days from the order delivery date as indicated by the tracking number information or in-store purchase.

Copyright Complains:

MoYoBo respects intellectual property and encourages anyone who believes their work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement to contact us immediately.

Risk Of Loss:

When members purchase items from MoYoBo, the risk of loss and title for those items pass to them upon delivery to the carrier, as MoYoBo operates under a shipment contract.
