Return Policy

Sheltered Oaks Group Inc. offers free return shipping for all online purchases worldwide. To receive a full refund to your original method of payment, you must request a prepaid return shipping label online within 15 days of your order being shipped. Return items must be mailed back within 7 days of the return request, as indicated by Canada Post or UPS through tracking number information.

For orders placed between November 11th and December 24th, 2023, an extended holiday return policy allows items to be returned until January 10th, 2024, or 15 days following the date your order is shipped, whichever is later.

After your return is received and processed at Sheltered Oaks Group Inc. warehouse, a confirmation email will be sent and the full amount paid for your item(s) will be refunded. Please note that shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable. If the original order was paid for partially with a gift card, the refund will be returned to the same gift card first.

If an in-store purchase is made, it can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment within 30 days of the purchase date at any Sheltered Oaks Group Inc. location in the same country. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or email confirmation, must be provided. Returns for in-store purchases cannot be processed by mail, and refunds will not be issued for items originally purchased at a Sheltered Oaks Group Inc. retail store if they are returned by mail.

Purchases made in-stores between November 11th and December 24th, 2023, can be returned in-store until January 10th, 2024, or within 30 days of purchase, whichever is later.

For all returns, items must be in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, hair, perfume, or other alterations. Most MoYoBo garments have hang tags attached, which should be kept on if you wish to return your items. Special tags or cardboard backing should also be intact.

Shoes, gift cards, undergarments, phone-cases, yoga-mats, and other products are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Swimwear and accessories will only be accepted for refund if they are in brand new, unused condition, and still in the original packaging. Clearance and warehouse sale items are also final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. The product description should be consulted before purchasing to determine if the item can be returned. Note that most final sale items have a price ending in .97.

Only purchases made at https://moyobo.myshopify.com/ or at a Sheltered Oaks Group Inc. store location may be returned. Returns may only be refunded back to the original method of payment or to a Sheltered Oaks Group Inc. gift card. Refunds will not be issued by any other means. Gift cards are considered a payment method, not a discount code, and if products purchased with a gift card are returned, the refund will be issued as a gift card. If a split payment is used (part gift card, part credit card, or other payment methods), the refund will always be issued to the gift card(s) first, with any remaining balance issued to the other payment method. If returns are mailed back outside the return period and the above conditions are not met, Sheltered Oaks Group Inc. reserves the right to refuse return processing at their discretion, in which case the item may be donated or discarded without a refund.
