Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Where can I find sizing information?
You can find style-specific sizing details on the product page of each item. If you need more guidance or are unsure about which size to choose, our online Member Services team is ready to assist you.
How can I exchange my item?
To quickly exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original purchase for a refund. If you had used a discount or promotion on your original purchase, please reach out to our customer service team for help before placing your new order. Our representatives will be happy to assist you.
What is your return policy
To return your MoYoBo purchase, keep in mind these guidelines:
- Make your return request within 15 days of your order date and mail the items back within 7 days of your request.
- Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Accessories and footwear must also be returned with their original packaging.
- Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as phone cases, undergarments, and clearance or warehouse sale items. Swimwear can only be returned if they are in brand new, unused condition, and still in its original packaging.
- Purchases made at https://moyobo.myshopify.com/ or at a MoYoBo store location can be returned. Returns for purchases made via warehouse sales or any third-party retailers cannot be accepted.
Please note that if the above conditions are not met or your return is outside the return period, MoYoBo reserves the right to refuse return processing at our discretion.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
When can I expect my order arrival?
When you place an order online, it will generally be fulfilled within 2-3 business days. However, please be aware that during promotional periods and holidays, we experience a higher volume of orders, which can lead to longer shipping and delivery delays. Any updates or revised delivery times will be reflected in your tracking number once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Please note that the delivery times listed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed during peak periods. Additionally, weather conditions and shipping carrier volumes may also impact the delivery of your order. For Canadian addresses, standard delivery times vary depending on the region, while international shipping typically take 10-14 business days.
Is Custom and Duty applicable on the package?
For all international orders, customers may be required to pay customs and duty fees upon delivery, which may vary depending on the country of residence.
For online orders to the US, orders with a value of $800 or more (after discounts) are subject to duty fees upon delivery. Orders under $800 are not subject to duty fees.
My order was marked as delivered but I still haven’t received it. What can I do?
Don't give up hope yet! Your package may be in an unexpected location. We recommend reaching out to your neighbors, checking your backyard, and contacting your local post office to see if they have your package.
Please wait at least one business day after the delivery status is marked as "delivered" before contacting the shipping provider or our customer service team to inquire about your package's location.
Please note that once your order has left our warehouse, MoYoBo is not liable for any loss or theft of the package. It's essential to review your shipping information before submitting your order to ensure its accuracy.

How should I store my clothes?
We recommend storing your clothes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Fold them neatly or hang them on a hanger to prevent wrinkles.
How do I measure myself?
We do our best to make sure the sizing information is as accurate as possible, but sometimes it’s still going to come down to how you like your clothing to fit. Here are some pointers on how certain items should fit and how to take your own measurements.
When it comes to shirts, blazers, and outerwear the key to getting the right fit is in the shoulders. If it’s slipping off, it’s too big; if you can’t move your arms, it’s too tight. A perfect fit usually means you can lift your arms above your head comfortably. But don’t forget, even if you buy the right sized piece off the rack, you might still need to take it to your tailor, especially with things like blazers.
How to measure your chest
Take your soft measuring tape and wrap it around the fullest part of your chest, under your armpits. The measuring tape should be snug. Don’t pull it too tight and don’t let it get so loose that it slides off of you. A snug fit is best.
How to measure your waist
Just above your hip bone, at the same level as your belly button, bring the soft measuring tape all the way around your body. Don't hold your breath while measuring. You want the measuring tape to fit snugly around your torso, but not too tightly, to ensure a comfortable fit.
How to measure your inseam
To get an accurate inseam measurement you’ll want to measure your inner leg from the crotch to your foot. You can also measure a pair of pants you already own and like the length of to find the right size for you.
